Our History

Since 1960, OOP Inc. has proudly served the community of Wahoo, Nebraska. Our story began in the garage of Delbert Otte and his wife, who were dedicated to providing essential fuel and standard oil services to their neighbors. As our customers’ needs grew, so did we, expanding our services to include chemicals and propane.

We are deeply proud of our generational ownership, where each new generation contributes to the growth and success of the business. When Delbert Otte retired, his son Steve Otte, along with his two brothers, took over the business. Now, as Steve prepares to retire, the tradition continues with the next generation. Nicole Otte and Josh Otte, a brother-sister team, are excited to lead OOP Inc. into the future.


At OOP Inc., we believe in treating our customers like family. We’re dedicated to providing the best service and care, and we’re grateful for the trust and support we’ve received throughout the years. Today, we proudly service all of Saunders County and a 30-mile radius from Wahoo, NE,  ensuring our neighbors have access to the quality propane and fuel services they need.

As proud members of the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) and the Wahoo Chamber of Commerce, we have always been and will continue to be committed to industry standards and community involvement.
